Executive AI advisory is a series of one-to-one sessions over a few weeks for a CEO or another C-level leader. You build your own understanding of AI, try it on your own work, and work out what the AI transformation means for your role and your business. Amir Elion of Think Big Leaders leads the sessions, in person in Stockholm or online.

How it works
- Planning call
- 30 minutes to agree what you want to get out of it. Afterwards you get our first observations and three suggested next steps.
- Sessions
- A series of one-to-one sessions over a few weeks, in person in Stockholm or online.
- Afterwards
- Job aids and frameworks, with examples adapted to your industry and your company. If it helps, the next step can be a workshop for the leadership team or your managers.

Questions
Do I need to know about AI already?
No. We start where you are, and the sessions follow your questions.
Can we bring in the leadership team later?
Yes. You can start one to one and run a workshop with the leadership team when you are ready. Leading the AI transformation is the workshop for that.
How many sessions are there?
We agree the number and length of the sessions in the planning call, based on what you want to get out of it. You get a fixed price before we start.
